1. Minimum Age Requirement (18+)
LEGAL MANDATE: The sale, commercial facilitation, or delivery of electronic vaporizers, e-liquids containing nicotine, or related vaping hardware to individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited across our operating regions.
In strict accordance with Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament (Tobacco Products Directive - TPD), alongside transposed national legislation such as Germany's Jugendschutzgesetz (JuSchG § 10), France's Code de la santé publique, and the UK Age of Sale Regulations, it is an offence to supply vapor products to minors.
ZUKVAPE operates exclusively within verified wholesale (B2B) and authorized adult retail frameworks. We enforce a strict 18+ age threshold across all sales territories, overriding any local jurisdictions that might theoretically permit earlier possession.
Regional Compliance & Distribution Standards:
DACH Region (DE, AT, CH): Strict 18+ minimum enforced for both nicotine and non-nicotine hardware distribution.
Western Europe (FR, BE, NL): 18+ mandatory policy applied. Full alignment with cross-border age-gating requirements.

2. Age Declaration & Verification
To ensure compliance with legal requirements, ZUKVAPE requires all customers to confirm their age before purchasing. While we trust our customers to adhere to local laws, we retain the right to verify age if necessary.
Step 1: Customer Age Declaration
Consumers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local age restrictions regarding vaping products. By placing an order, you affirmatively declare that you are of legal smoking age (18+) in your jurisdiction. We do not require the submission of government ID during the standard checkout process.
Step 2: Right to Verify
ZUKVAPE reserves the right to request further age verification at any time. If we have reason to believe an order was placed by a minor, we may hold the order and request a valid government-issued ID before fulfillment.
Step 3: B2B Verification
For wholesale (B2B) clients, valid company details and tax registration (where applicable) are required to establish a commercial account.

Wholesale clients distributing ZUKVAPE products must contractually commit to underage prevention standards:
Brick-and-Mortar Storefronts: Must operate a strict "Challenge 25" (or local equivalent) inspection protocol, demanding valid photo ID from young adults.
Digital Commerce: Partner webshops must implement appropriate age-gating measures to prevent underage sales.
Advertising Restrictions: Partners are prohibited from utilizing promotional graphics or packaging styles that mimic youth-oriented candies or cartoons, in accordance with TPD guidelines.
5. Compliance Reporting
If you suspect a retail account or commercial distributor is transferring ZUKVAPE products to minors or bypassing local verification requirements, please submit a report to our Compliance Office.
